Merry Kiss-mas

I am working hard to get all my Christmas cards done in the next 30 days and when I saw this sketch from Newton's Nook for their Inky Paws Sketch Challenge #135 I knew I wanted to use it. This is the card I created and am entering in their challenge.

I am also entering this card in the Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Week #464 - #465

and

the Inspired By Merry & Bright Challenge  I was inspired by the red and aqua colors in the inspiration photo.

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #87

My dog has been sick the past week and even spent a couple of days in the hospital. While she was sick I got no crafting done. She is feeling a bit better now so it felt really good to get in my craft room today for a little creative therapy. First thing I worked on was this card . I used the above sketch for the

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #87

I am also entering this card in the Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes #463 - #463 Challenge

9 Is Fine

I really love making birthday layouts. My youngest grandchild Izzy turned 9 this year. Her birthday is 9 days after mine so I say we are birthday buddies. Unfortunately she is 1100 miles away so we were unable to be there to celebrate but I got some pictures. I used this sketch from Sketch-n-Scrap:

That is about it for now....thanks for checking out my blog.

Spooky

I attempted a trifold card like one I had seen Jennifer McGuire create. Let me tell you she made it look a lot easier than this card was. But in the end, I was happy with the result. The above photo is the card closed and the bottom photo is with the top half lifted up, showing the Happy Halloween sentiment. I hope my son likes this card....I think he and my granddaughters will like the cute little Lawn Fawn foxes in costume.

I am entering this card in the Sugar Pea Designs Meant To Be Sent Fall Holiday Challenge

and

The Cats Pajamas Tuesday Challenge #373 Autumn Challenge

and finally

Challenge #150 -- Midnight at Your Next Stamp

That's it for now....thank you for stopping by my blog.

Quarantine Hair

Like most of us I went quite awhile between visits to my hair colorist. In fact I went from February until September 30. I had sooooo much grey outgrowth that I just had to take a picture and document it. I used a monochromatic grey color palette for my layout and this awesome Scrappy Friends sketch from Rochelle Spears:

I am also entering this page in Scrap With Stacy's Scrappy Friends Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge.

I went right down the right hand side and used word stickers, 1 photo and ink for my spatters.

That is it for now....I will be back this evening with a cute card to share.
