You're a Peach

I have been making a lot of cards recently but I seem to send them out quicker than I can make them. Thank you notes and Sympathy cards are the ones that I never keep on hand. I found a cool sketch and knew it was perfect for these papers and wood veneer peach I had in my stash. Here is the sketch:

Friday Night S'Mores

This is another page with pictures that my son's girlfriend sent me of my granddaughters. My 2 sons live next door to each other so the girls spent a lot of time with their Uncle Adam, Eliza and Jude. My grandsons are teenagers and you know how that is....they are either off with their friends or they do not want to be in any pictures. But I am glad to still be getting pictures of the girls. I used this great sketch from Sketch-n-Scrap :

My son's girlfriend has been sending me pictures all summer of my granddaughters and their summer activities because she knows how devastated I am not being able to travel to see them up in the Midwest this year due to Covid-19. 

I used this sketch from Rochelle Spears ( I just flipped it upside down) and am entering it in her Scrappy Friends Challenge

I also am entering it in Stacy's Scrappy Friends Tic Tac Toe Challenge

I went diagonally -- Polka Dots, Hearts and Enamel Dots.

Week 20 Backyard Blooms

I am still working on catching up in my Traveler's Notebook and just did a page for week 20 documenting how pretty the flowers and plants are in our backyard this year. I used this perfect sketch from Lisa Hidy and am entering it at her blog for the 

August TN Time With Lisa and Lori Challenge.

I also am able to enter this spread at Lori's blog My Happy Life. Lori's challenge was to use at least 3 different patterned papers on my layout. I used 5 different papers.

Awesome Dude

Both my grandsons had graduations this year that bit the dust due to Covid-19. It was a tough year in so many ways for Cole, the eighth grader but he hung in there and finished the year and now it is on to bigger and better things in high school. I wanted to document the passing into high school with this page for him. I used this sketch from Lasting Memories:

This new Simple Stories Bro & Co is a new favorite collection of mine....I got 2 complete collections as I can see using this a LOT in the next few months.

Well that is it for now....hockey is back (in August????) and I am excited to binge watch games the rest of the afternoon and evening. Stay safe and stay healthy.
