Happy Birthday Noah!

Our nephew Noah was born nearly 2 months prematurely 5 years ago but is a tall, sweet and healthy child.  Isn't medicine miraculous?  We cannot attend his upcoming birthday party in North Carolina but I wanted to make a sweet card for him.

I used Lawn Fawn's cute Winter Owl and paper pieced his scarf and a cute party hat. I am entering it over at Lawnscaping's It's a Party! challenge.

Other challenges entered are the very first Pinspired Challenge to be inspired by this photo:

I went with the birthday theme and the lime green and blue polka dots.

I am also entering it at Scrap Fit's challenge to use stars and at Paper Issues "Fawning Over You" current theme.

Happy birthday Noah!!
