A Clean and Simple Father's Day Card

I have a gem of a father-in-law.  He gave up his day off this past Monday to take me for surgery on my hand so my husband could work.  That is just the way he and my mother-in-law are....wonderful, giving people.  I wanted to make him a special card to give him this weekend.  I used an older CTMH stamp set called Shore is Fun for the image and the sentiment is from my new Verve set Strong Anchor.

I used this sketch from Artful Delight:

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Transportation Challenge
and
CAS-ual Fridays Mapquest challenge
