Noah's Shark Tooth box

Dave's brother and his family recently came down to Florida for vacation.  The oldest, Noah, who is 7 really wanted to find some shark teeth.  While out to dinner with them one night he told me about his unsucessful search that day on the beach to find shark's teeth.  Finally Noah found two shark's teeth to take home with him to North Carolina.  Where did he find them??? At the local souvenir shop!  Well at least he was able to bring a couple home and start his "collection".  He was worried about what to put them in to keep them safe from his little sisters.  So I came home one evening and I made this little box for him to keep his shark's teeth in.  I used papers from Fancy Pants Nautica and Bella Blvd Max collections.

I had the washi tapes in my stash and am not quite sure where I got it.  His mom filmed a thank you from Noah for me and she asked him what his favorite thing about the gift was.  Do you know what his answer was?  His favorite thing was the cotton inside the box so his shark's teeth will be protected!!  LOL  I could have skipped the decorating and just stuffed a box full of cotton and he would have been happy!  Sheesh!

I am entering this project over at Simon Says Stamp's Monday Summer challenge.

Thanks for stopping by my blog.
