I saw this color challenge and sketch posted yesterday on the Colorful Creations blog and immediately knew what layout I wanted to do. We recently bought a cute outfit for our niece Lily's 3rd birthday. Let me tell you, this little girl LOVES dressing up in pretty clothes and she also doesn't mind having her picture taken at all.
